As the owner of Critter Cuts, Kristi combines her passion for pets and real estate with a strong educational background in accounting and property management. Growing up in Washington, North Carolina, she has deep roots in the community and a commitment to supporting local residents. An entrepreneur at heart, she also aims to empower women by providing career development opportunities. When she’s not busy managing her businesses, Kristi enjoys spending time with her Yorkshire Terrier, Bella, and loves reading, relaxing at the beach, and cherishing moments with friends and family. Her professional goal is to create pathways for women to thrive in their careers, fostering a supportive environment for growth and success.

With 11 years of experience in the grooming industry, Gracey has always had a passion for animals. She shares her home with two rescue pups and three cats, and she’s excited to bring her love and knowledge of pet care to our Critter Cuts family. Over the years, Gracey has learned that grooming is about so much more than just a great haircut — it’s about creating a positive experience for every pet that walks through the door. She treats each furry friend as if they were her own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.
